- Vet consultations: 8.30am - 7.30pm
- Nurse admissions: 7.30am - 9.30am
- Nurse clinics: 10am - 6.45pm
- On site emergency out of hours cover: 7.30pm - 9pm (Moor Cottage Staff)
- In-patient visiting hours: arranged on an individual basis.
Saturday
- Vet consultations: 9am - 12.30pm
- Nurse clinics: 9am - 11.45pm.
- On site emergency out of hours cover: 1pm - 4pm (Moor Cottage Staff)
- In-patient visiting hours: arranged on an individual basis.
Sunday
- On premises emergency out of hours cover: 9am - 1pm (Moor Cottage Staff)
- In-patient visiting hours: arranged on an individual basis
Bank Holidays
- On site emergency out of hours cover: 9am - 4pm (Moor Cottage Staff)
- In-patient visiting hours: arranged on an individual basis

All consultations are 15 minutes to ensure that your pets are thoroughly examined and so that you don't feel rushed.
Appointments can be made by telephone, at reception or online. Please let us know if you would like to see a particular vet or nurse.
