RCVS Accredited Practice

Moor Cottage is regularly inspected by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons every four years to ensure we meet the highest standards. This is the highest possible level for a UK veterinary establishment. Only 1 in 10 UK practices achieve this standard and can call themselves a Veterinary Hospital. The majority of Veterinary Practices in this country are only just becoming part of an independently examined accreditation system.
The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to reach a minimum standard in a number of areas including Health & Safety, equipment, 24 hour in-patient care and staff training. To find out more, have a look at the following link: RCVS accreditation.
