Thank you so much for all your help, effort and assistance in aiding Stella's recovery recovery and allowing us to visit daily. It would not have been an option for her to come home without everything you have done for her.

The puppy session with Kris and Helen was amazing, we decided to bring one puppy with us and bring the other next time.
Hollie absolutely loved it, the relaxed environment was brilliant for both me and Hollie and we were both a bit nervous, we didn’t have a great experience with our puppy training courses and as such we were not sure what to expect.
Kris is amazing and very friendly and immediately put me and Hollie at ease. The session with the nurse was very informative and the time just flew by, we left with lots of tips and ideas and I am looking forward to bringing Jay Jay along this month.

I wish to thank you for your kindness, compassion, expertise and skill in making Luke's last few hours with us as comfortable as possible.
The entire team at at MCVH have always been supportive to the extent whereby Luke never worried about coming to "visit" you, in fact sometimes it seemed like he actually looked forward to meeting you guys... that speaks volumes as far as I am concerned.
It's a very sad time at the moment but I am comfortable in the knowledge that nobody could have tried harder or done any more to ensure that Luke was well cared for all his life, never once did I consider changing practices. He had several long standing health issues but the treatment he received from everyone was always exemplary.
Thank you for helping to make Luke's ownership for the past 10 years a delight and pleasure. He will be missed so much but I have to thank you guys for helping to make his stay with the family so rewarding and fun filled.
I will certainly register my next pet at your practice.

Thank you for everything you have done for Rosie, you helped her as much as possible and kept her in when needed. I'm sure if she was still here and could explain her feelings she would be saying thank you for everything you have done.
I am sure we will all miss her and hope she can rest in peace. I am very proud of how far she came and you helped her do that and thanks for helping these last 6 months.
